Craig Hoffheimer is a husband, father and grandfather and just as importantly, he is an exceptional business consultant that shares the knowledge he experienced working around the world.

Craig Hoffheimer had a family owned manufacturing business for 25 years. After his customers moved to China, Craig sold his company to a multinational and was hired to build, staff, educate, and manage all divisions not in the USA. After successfully growing the company in Shanghai and Jiangmen China; Taipei, Taiwan; Bangkok Thailand; Hamamatsu Japan; Buxton, England, Europe, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Mexico City, Mexico; he had a good idea why large companies avoid taxes, and understood the pitfalls of vendor contracts and fine print. Craig decided to bring this knowledge to the small and medium sized companies in the Cincinnati area, founded CRH Consulting LLC and began to bring savings and finding companies cash they didn't know they had or could acquire.

Craig has a degree in business from THE Ohio State University and many acclamations from teaching and training clients the world over became the greatest asset to U.S. based companies. Thanks to his fluent intellect in all aspects of running a business; from sales to management, to inventory control before and after shipping to HR, not to mention bringing services that bring cash positive solutions to clients.

His process is authentically attentive to detail for each individual client.

In 2019, in order to increase his value to his customers he joined forces with Jennifer Siciliano who owns SIS Advisors. Jennifer brings the addition of insurance programs, and safe and smart business practices to protect employees and entrepreneurs, including retention.

Jennifer Siciliano is a strategic business leader, entrepreneurship consultant, and financial advisor that founded Smart Investment Specialists, Inc. to offer transparent, confidential business advice that is much needed for highly focused owners.

Early in her career, she worked at an entertainment law firm Popuch, Swift and Associates in Chicago, for years until she was asked to move to Los Angeles where she served for several years as a Project Manager for a consulting company La Paloma Entertainment. There, she managed finances for multiple projects including contracts, film completion, recording sessions, photo shoots, tours, events, and more.

After six years with La Paloma, she accepted a sales position for College Profiles International, an organization that helps college-bound students get on the radar of collegiate recruiters, utilize financial aid and scholarships and choose the school that best suits them. At CPI, she advanced to Director of Operations, where her efficient and focused leadership resulted in a 61 percent growth in clientele.

In 2013, Jennifer worked to become a licensed financial consultant, earning FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance licenses. During this time, she served on the American Cancer Society board and helped raise six figures through the organization’s signature gala event and increased corporate sponsorships by 12%.

She pivoted in her career from corporate firms to become a financial consultant with Accurate Advisory Group Inc., a financial services company focused on delivering retirement and wealth building strategies for individuals and families. She currently holds this role while also serving as the founding partner of SIS Inc., where she advises business owners on how continue to grow successful and sustainable businesses.
